I just had a small salad for lunch and I still felt hungry. I spied about 1/2 cup of coffee in the glass carafe from breakfast. Hmmm. I mixed the coffee with some milk (goat milk in my case), added about 5 ice cubes and gave it a buzz in the blender. The most refreshing mocha shake in minutes. Spiked with protein and great flavor! A nutritious treat.
Thanks,

This morning I made what I call my "Tropical Shake". I put fresh pineapple and frozen mango in the blender. Then add some milk (I use organic goat's milk for more minerals) and 1 or 2 scoops of Suzanne's vanilla protein shake. Add a few ice cubes and blend away. To finish I add a drop or two of coconut extract. It is soooo good!
I keep a variety of extracts (vanilla, lemon, rum, almond, etc) on hand. They add amazing flavors with no calories.
